- Site Maintenance, Rough Grading, & Landscape Preparation
 For many (most) of our contractor clients, we clear the lot and grade the Building Pad, dig & pour the Footings, lay the CMU Block or Block & Brick Foundation, or we form, pour, & finish the Slab Foundation (monolithic or raised). Then, we grade, prep, form, pour, & finish the Garage and Porch Slabs. We lay their Brick & Stone Veneers, and finally, we grade, form, pour, & finish their Concrete Flatwork (Driveways, Sidewalks, Patios, etc.). Occasionally, because we are already onsite with managment, manpower, & equipment, we'll provide site-maintenance services and rough-grade preparation for landscaping.
 Due the fact that Aztec is strong enough and well-enough established to offer comprehensive turnkey services, and because of the volume of work we perform and our relationships with our material suppliers and vendor trade partners, we are able to supply all the necessary materials, labor, equipment, & onsite project management to our customers at very competitive prices. The main benefit to our clients & customers - one point of contact assumes the roles & responsibilities of quantity take-offs & estimating, material purchases & management, crititcal path phase scheduling & coordinating, and onsite project supervision & quality control - Aztec Masonry & Concrete.
